Ingredients
- 1 lb. penne noodles - cooked
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic - minced
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- ¼ cup parsley
- 4 links mild italian sausage
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. vodka
- ½ cup whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet, remove casing from sausage and add to pan. While cooking, break up the meat. Cook until brown.
Step 2
Add garlic and red peppers and cook, stirring often until garlic is golden brown.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and salt and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add vodka and cream and bring to a boil again.
Step 5
Reduce heat to low and add pasta; toss for one minute. Stir in fresh parsley and serve.
