Salsa Beef Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 pkg. extra creamy mac & cheese
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • ½ cup tex mex shredded cheese
  • 1 green onion - chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in skillet; drain. Return to skillet.

Step 2

Stir in water, salsa and macaroni. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover.

Step 3

Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender; stirring twice. Add corn and the cheese sauce mix; cook 2 minutes or until heated through and blended.

Step 4

Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and green onion.

Add way more cheese for better cheesiness.
