Ingredients
- Unsalted butter, room temperature - 1/2 cup (113 grams)
- Granulated white sugar - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
- Large eggs, room temperature - 3
- Pure vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pure almond extract - 1/4 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups (195 grams)
- Ground almonds -1/2 cup (50 grams)
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- Milk (whole or reduced fat) - 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Tutti frutti - 1/2 cup
- Raising - 1/4 cup
- Chopped almond & cashews - 1/4 cup

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl , beat 1 cup butter and 2 cup sugar with electric hand mixer until it becomes double the volume and white.
Add 1 by 1 egg and beat the mixture until there is no curdling effect.
Add 1/4 cup milk ,1 tsp vanilla essence , 1/4 tsp pure almond extract and beat the mixture.
Add 3 cup all purpose flour, 1tsp salt ,1tsp baking soda, ground almond , tutti frutti , raisins, chopped almond, chopped cashews and stop beating when it is nearly mixed.
Grease the loaf pan and Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake the cake for 40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
