Hamurger Soup

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger, cooked and drained
- 7 cups water
- 2 diced carrots
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 large diced potato
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 16 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked barley
- 6 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp each thyme, paprika, pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef in a large pot, drain off fat.
Step 2
Add all other ingredients to pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.
