Ingredients
- 1 mango - peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
Preparation
Step 1
Toss together mango, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Step 2
Gently fold in the avocado right before serving.
