Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 pound bacon, fried crisply
  • 1 large sweet onion, chopped finely
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (6-ounce)package of frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

In a glass bowl, place shredded lettuce.

Cover with a layer of cucumber, then onion, then peas, then mayonnaise.

Top mayo with bacon and cheese.

Refrigerate overnight, and serve
