Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups diced cucumber (or shredded)
- ½ cup fresh dill – minced
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves – grated
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl check for seasoning. Add more dill, lemon, garlic or salt/pepper if you wish.
Step 2
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
