Ingredients
- ½ cup butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar (set aside 2-3 Tbsp. to macerate berries)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups diced strawberries (sprinkle the 2-3 Tbsp. of sugar and set aside for 30-60Min)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
With mixer beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Step 3
In a separate bowl blend flour, salt and baking powder. Mix in bits: dry/wet/dry/wet/dry (in that particular order).
Step 4
Fold in strawberries and their juices. Pour batter into muffin tins. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Can substitue blueberries or other fruit of your desire.
