Mumma Flood's Delicious Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 1st Bowl:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2tsp. baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2nd Bowl:
  • 1 ½ cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice (small can)
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • Icing:
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 pkg. large cream cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients of first bowl.

Step 2

Mix ingredients of second bowl, then mix two bowls together. Pour into 9X13" pan and bake.

Step 3

Make icing, mix with spoon until smooth. Refrigerate and ice cake once cool.
