Ingredients
- 1st Bowl:
- 2 cups flour
- 2tsp. baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2nd Bowl:
- 1 ½ cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice (small can)
- 2 cups white sugar
- Icing:
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 pkg. large cream cheese.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients of first bowl.
Step 2
Mix ingredients of second bowl, then mix two bowls together. Pour into 9X13" pan and bake.
Step 3
Make icing, mix with spoon until smooth. Refrigerate and ice cake once cool.
