Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 1/2 cups Mozza Shredded cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 12 lasagne noodles, uncooked

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Brown meat. Mix 1 1/4 cups mozzarella, ricotta, 1/4 cup parmesan, parsley, and egg until well blended. Set aside.
Step 3
Drain meat and return to skillet. Stir in pasta sauce. Pour water into jar and add to skillet. Stir until well blended.
Step 4
Spread 1 cup meat sauce onto bottom of 9x13 baking dish, top with 3 lasagne noodles, ricotta mixture, and 1 cup of meat sauce. Repeat twice more. Top with remaining noodles and meat sauce. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan. Cover with foil.
Step 5
Bake 1 hour. Remove foil and continue baking another 15 minutes, or until heated through.
