Step 1
Mix all-purpose flour, salt, oil 1 tsp mix well then add water to make a soft dough keep it aside.
Kneed the rested dough well for 2min then rest it again for 5 min .
Split the dough into roundels , spread apply oil , fold it front and back like a fan, tap it and roll it like a snail shell. Rest it for 10 min. roll out the roundels shell.
Place it on the tava cook both the side lightly, apply oil one side then turn it over.
Once it is cooked transfer it to a plate, tap it so that the layer comes out.
