Ingredients
- Dressing
- 3/4 Cup - Vanilla Yogurt (Greek works best)
- 2 tsp - Honey Mustard
- 1 tsp - Grated Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tsp - Salt
- 1/6 tsp - Black Pepper
- Salad
- 4 Cups - Cooked Rotini Pasta (about 2 cups dry)
- 3 Cups - Chopped Unpeeled Apples (Gala suggested)
- 1 Cup - Diced Celery
- 1/4 Cup - Minced Red Onion
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for dressing in a Small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use
Step 2
Toss remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Add dressing from refrigerator, Chill for minimum an hour before serving.
Step 3
ENJOY
Add 1/3 Cup toasted chopped walnuts for some texture
