Ingredients

  • Dressing
  • 3/4 Cup - Vanilla Yogurt (Greek works best)
  • 2 tsp - Honey Mustard
  • 1 tsp - Grated Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1/6 tsp - Black Pepper
  • Salad
  • 4 Cups - Cooked Rotini Pasta (about 2 cups dry)
  • 3 Cups - Chopped Unpeeled Apples (Gala suggested)
  • 1 Cup - Diced Celery
  • 1/4 Cup - Minced Red Onion

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients for dressing in a Small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use

Step 2

Toss remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Add dressing from refrigerator, Chill for minimum an hour before serving.

Add 1/3 Cup toasted chopped walnuts for some texture
