- Oil ¼ cup
- Cinnamon stick 1 inch
- Cloves 3
- Bay leaves 1
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp.
- Mutton ½ kg
- Onion 2
- Tomato 1
- Ginger& Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder 1tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp.
- Cumin powder ½ tbsp.
- Black Pepper 1 tbsp.
- Coriander leaves ¼ cup

Preparation
Step 1
Add mutton in pressure cooker along with water that covers the mutton. Allow it for 4 whistles.
In a pan add oil, once the oil is hot, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and fennel seeds.
Add onion paste and sauté well until the raw flavor goes off.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
Add the tomato puree and sauté.
Add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric and salt.
Simmer the stove and sauté until the oil oozes out.
Add the pressure cooked mutton pieces and water. Cover with lid. Allow it to cook for 10 min.
Open the lid. Add pepper powder and garnish with cilantro.
