Ingredients
- 16-20 perogies
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 3/4 cup broccoli, cut up small
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (really any cream soup will work)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium sized casserole dish, combine perogies, broccoli, and ham.
You could easily play with the ingredients. I often use ham, bacon, or no meat at all. You could also switch out the veg to your preference.
Step 2
Combine milk and soup in a bowl and whisk together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over casserole and mix well. Top with cheese and bake 35 minutes at 350F.
