Preparation

Step 1

Mix gram flour with little ghee and sieve.

Take sugar in thick bottomed pan. Add water and let it boil till its soft ball stage.

To check it pour a drop of sugar syrup in water it should settle down and form a soft ball.

Now add the flour slowly to the sugar syrup and mix rapidly so that no lumps are formed.

Add the hot ghee to the flour, stirring continuously. Cook till the mixture becomes frothy and ghee separates.
