Ingredients
- 1 9-inch (23 cm) pie shell
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped, cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Brush mustard over bottom of baked crust. Place broccoli and cheese in crust.
Step 2
Combine eggs with milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cayenne and dill. Pour over broccoli and cheese.
Step 3
Bake for 40 min at 350°F or until just set. Allow to rest 10 min before serving.
