Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Bacon - diced
  • 2 C celery chopped
  • 2 C green peppers chopped
  • 2 C onion chopped
  • 1 10.5 oz can consommé
  • 2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes or rotel if you prefer spicy
  • 2 16 oz cans peas

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté bacon and veggies, drain. Add broth, tomatoes and peas. Simmer for 30 - 40 minutes.
