Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Bacon - diced
- 2 C celery chopped
- 2 C green peppers chopped
- 2 C onion chopped
- 1 10.5 oz can consommé
- 2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes or rotel if you prefer spicy
- 2 16 oz cans peas
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté bacon and veggies, drain. Add broth, tomatoes and peas. Simmer for 30 - 40 minutes.
