Ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 2

Add wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly incorporated.

Step 3

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cook at 350 for 22-25 minutes

* Use dark cocoa or a mix of milk chocolate and dark cocoa powder for a variety.

*If you add roughly 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 water to this mix, until you reach a typical brownie/cake batter consistency, you will make a chocolate cake.

*If you ad an extra egg and cook with a separate pan of water in the oven. The center will be more moist; creating a fudge like consistency on the inside with a crisp outside.
