- 2 avocados, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, tobasco sauce, any green used in pesto (parsley, cilantro, basil, green pepper etc), olive oil

blend 1 cup greens, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, pepper, tobasco, 2 avocados, lemon juice and zest
Step 2
just blend and put in a container
delicious on sandwiches or used as a dip, even mixed with elbow macaroni as a cold macaroni salad
