Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
  • 8 oz (250g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 10 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Make sure spinach is thawed, drained, and chopped.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Then add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3

In bread bowl, or oven safe dish, cook at 300F for 2 hours. Serve while warm.

Let sit in refrigerator for a couple hours before cooking.
