Ingredients

  • Saute:
  • 1/4 cup Celery
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Onions
  • Mix:
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Round Steak

Preparation

Step 1

Saute vegetables.

Pound steak with flour and brown.

Mix sauce and pour over vegetables and meat.

Bake for 2-3 hours @ 350
