- 14 oz. dipping chocolate
- 1/3 cup white corn syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in double boiler or saucepan over low heat. Add corn syrup and stir to blend. Turn mixture out onto waxed paper and let dry. Wrap well and store at room temperature until needed. Works best if hardened overnight.
Step 2
Chocolate will be very hard. Knead a small portion at a time until workable. If it gets too soft, refrigerate until firm.
I recommend Wilton Candy Melts. Other types of chocolate are not as flexible to work with.
