Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 cups Rice Crispy cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Step 2

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Melt the marshmallows into the butter, constantly stirring. Add the milk and vanilla, then finally the cinnamon.

Step 3

Add the cereal when the marshmallows have melted; stir until cereal is coated. Quickly pour into the prepared pan. Use a sheet of waxed paper to press the mixture down flat and evenly into the pan.

Step 4

Place pan in fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Cut into squares.
