Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounces) package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup of butter (softened)
- 2 cup icing sugar (sifted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the icing sugar. Store in the refrigerator after use.
~ The more icing sugar is added, the thinner the frosting will be.
~ Chocolate frosting: add 1/4 to 1/2 cup cocoa, according to how rich you want it.
