  • 1/2 C butter
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 C coconut
  • 3 C oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

In large saucepan, add butter, sugar and milk and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

Spoon tablespoon-sized portions onto waxed paper-lined baking tray and cool in refrigerator until cookies have set.
