Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 C low-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp liquid honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor and whirl until smooth. Serve with warmed pita or vegetables or both.
