- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Crumb Topping
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, melt the butter and add in sugar, vanilla, and egg. Add in the mashed bananas and mix well. Combine with dry ingredients.
Step 3
Crumb
In a small bowl, combine melted butter with brown sugar, flour and ground cinnamon.
Step 4
Pour the banana bread batter into a loaf pan. Cover top of the batter with crumb topping. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool.
