Ingredients
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2-3 cups Mini Eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, salt & baking soda.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix sugars, vanilla and butter.
Step 3
Beat; add eggs one at a time.
Step 4
Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
Step 5
Chop mini-eggs, mix into dough.
Step 6
Roll into balls and place onto cookie sheet OR keep refrigerated overnight and bake the next day.
Step 7
Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes.
