Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie (Hamburger Cookies)

2 cups Sugar
1 cup Margarine
1 cup Cocoa (less if desired)
1/2 cup Cream or Milk
3 cups Oatmeal
2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, sugar, margarine and milk. Add dry ingredients, the oatmeal and vanilla. Drop onto a cookie sheet using a teaspoon. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes.

Step 2

Chocolate Filling:
1 1/2 cups Water
1 1/4 cups Sugar
5 Tbsp. Cornstarch
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
4 Tbsp. Butter

Boil till thick! Start filling cookies :)
