- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1.75 c flour
- 1 c milk
- .75 c cocoa powder
- .5 c olive oil
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together dry ingredients, then add the wet, except for the boiling water. Beat 2 mins on medium speed. Stir in boiling water carefully.
Step 2
Pour thin batter into 9X13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins.
Step 3
Cool completely and ice with favourite topping
