Cinnamon Roll Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c unbleached flour
  • 1.5 c milk
  • .5 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • .5 c butter, melted
  • Topping:
  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9X13 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix cake ingredients together except for melted butter. Add this last, slowly incorporating it in. Pour into pan.

Step 3

Mix topping ingredients together, then drop evenly over batter. Swirl with a knife.

Step 4

Bake 30 mins.

You can glaze it while cake still warm with 2 c icing sugar, 5 tbsp milk, 1 tsp vanilla
