Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 Cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup Half & Half or evaporated milk
  • 3 Cups Vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 Cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Icing sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Above Mixture
  • 2 Tsp Evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Put chocolate chips and milk in a large saucepan. Melt over LOW-MED heat until mixed. Remove from heat. Remove 1/2 cup of the mixture and set aside.

Step 2

Stir vanilla crumbs, marshmallows, icing sugar and salt into the saucepan with the chocolate. Press into a 9 inch square greased or lined pan.

Step 3

Mix remaining chocolate and milk together. Spread evenly over brownies and chill until firm.
