Ingredients
- 2 2/3 Cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Cup Half & Half or evaporated milk
- 3 Cups Vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 Cups Mini marshmallows
- 1 Cup Icing sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Above Mixture
- 2 Tsp Evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
Put chocolate chips and milk in a large saucepan. Melt over LOW-MED heat until mixed. Remove from heat. Remove 1/2 cup of the mixture and set aside.
Step 2
Stir vanilla crumbs, marshmallows, icing sugar and salt into the saucepan with the chocolate. Press into a 9 inch square greased or lined pan.
Step 3
Mix remaining chocolate and milk together. Spread evenly over brownies and chill until firm.
