Garlic & Herb Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 3 Cups Mixed Veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc)
  • 3/4 Cup Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tsp Herbs (your choice, dried or fresh)
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over MED-HIGH heat.

Step 2

Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Place in a covered dish to keep warm.

Step 3

In same skillet, place veggies and 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in the cream cheese, rest of the broth and juices from the chicken and cook until cheese is melted. Stir in the herbs and lemon juice. Stir and spoon over plated chicken.
