Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Onion - chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic - minced
- 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
- 16 Oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
- 1 Tsp Parsley - dried
- 1 Tsp Basil - dried
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 4 Oz Spaghetti noodles - uncooked and broken in half

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over MED heat. Add in onion and garlic. Cook until translucent. Add in ground beef and cook until browned.
Step 2
Stir in tomato sauce, water, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add uncooked spaghetti to the sauce a little at a time, stirring to prevent clumping. Cover tightly and simmer 20-25 minutes over LOW heat or until pasta is cooked, stirring often.
