Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 4 cans(16 ounces) sliced peaches, drained
  • Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut butter into oat mixture with a pastry blender until mixture resembles course mixture. Stir in Pecans.

Step 2

Spoon peaches into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish.

Step 3

Spoon crumble mixture on top Bake at 400 degrees 18-20 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
