  • 1 Package of Thin Cut Steak ( You can use a different cuts of meat if you want but this works for us)
  • Enough marinade to cover the meat

Step 1

Slice your steak into strips. Depending on your cut of meat and how thick it is. Just experiment. Put it in a baggy with your marinade. Now we did it over night but you can only do it half day if you do not want as much taste. You need to have enough marinade that it covers the meat. Once your done marinating, then your ready to bake it.. Take a cooling rack that's safe for oven( I used a non coated metal cooling rack), and put it on top of a aluminum foil covered baking sheet. Put your strips of meat on the rack. Bake as low as your oven will go.. Ours went 260. Bake it for 3 hours.. At the 1 1/2 hours go check it rotate the pan, and flip them all over. Bake until they start to look like jerky. Be careful not to overcook. To be safe keep in the fridge.
