Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake mix as directed on box, adding lemon extract and desired food colour. Bake as directed on box for 33 x 22 cm baking pan. Cool completely on wire rack
Step 2
Crumble cake into large bowl. Add marshmallow creme; mix until well blended.shape into 1in balls, than form egg shape. Refrigerate two hours
Step 3
Melt moulding wafers as directed on pkg. using a fork dip 1 cake bite at a time. Tap back of fork 2 or 3 times against edge of dish to allow excess to drop off. Place cake bites on wax paperlined tray
Step 4
For the orating glaze. Fizzle cookie icing and scribbler over bites and let stand until set
