Taiati branza bucati si o puneti intr-o craticioara adanca care a fost in prealabil, unsa cu usturoi.
Lasam la foc mic sa se topeasca usor adaugand si vinul.
Dupa ce s-a topit, mai lasam inca 5 min ptr a se evapora surplusul de lichid(grasime), apoi micsoram focul (in comert se gasesc vase special ptr acest preparat tocmai ptr a ramane branza calda, topita) si servim cu bucatele de paine infipte in furculite intingand in branza topita.
