  • 1/4 cup Sugar

  • 3 T Bacon Fat or Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together flour, cornmeal, salt, baking powder and sugar. Blend in egg, oil and milk. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 min. Check with toothpick to see if it is cooked in center.
