Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 3 Tsp Shortening
- 1 Oreo Pie Crust
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese - softened
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 8 Oz Cool Whip
- 2 Cups Strawberries - Halved

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chocolate chips and shortening and melt together. Pour about 3/4 of the mixture into bottom of prepared pie crust. Refrigerate until firm.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
Step 3
Fold in cool whip.
Step 4
Scoop cheese mixture into pie shell. Refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Arrange strawberries on top of pie and drizzle with remaining chocolate.
