Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 t Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Cooking Oil
- 4 t Baking Powder
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Beat egg and add milk. add oil. Then add the flour mixture and stir just until mixed, leaving batter lumpy.
Step 3
Cook pancakes on heated, greased fry pan until covered with bubbles.Turn pancakes and brown the other side.
