2 cups Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
1/2 cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Sour Milk (vinegar and milk)
2 Eggs
1 lg Orange
1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl blend shortening and sugar together. Sift in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in milk and eggs. Add finely ground unpeeled orange and raisins. Mix well. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
