Ingredients

  • Sauce>
  • 2/3 Cup (150 ml) Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Grated lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Fresh lime juice
  • Shrimp>
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Canola oil- divided on each
  • 2 Tsp Of each (10 ml) Coriander, paprika, ground cumin and brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp (2 ml) salt and dried oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp cayenne
  • 1lb (500 g) Large shrim
  • Peel shrimp, tails left on
  • Lemon wedge
  • 1/4 T

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingrediants marinate at room temp for 20 min
OR
Make ahead cover refrigerate for up to 3 hours

Step 2

In large pan heat remaining canola oil over medium-high heat
Stir fry shrimp till bright pink 1-2 min should be cooked through
Garnish with lime wedge
