Ingredients
- Sauce>
- 2/3 Cup (150 ml) Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Grated lime zest
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Fresh lime juice
- Shrimp>
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Canola oil- divided on each
- 2 Tsp Of each (10 ml) Coriander, paprika, ground cumin and brown sugar
- 1/2 Tsp (2 ml) salt and dried oregano
- 1/4 Tsp cayenne
- 1lb (500 g) Large shrim
- Peel shrimp, tails left on
- Lemon wedge

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingrediants marinate at room temp for 20 min
OR
Make ahead cover refrigerate for up to 3 hours
Step 2
In large pan heat remaining canola oil over medium-high heat
Stir fry shrimp till bright pink 1-2 min should be cooked through
Garnish with lime wedge
