Ingredients
- 6 Strips Bacon
- 1/2 Cup Onion - chopped
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Cloves Garlic- minced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 1/2 Cups Frozen Corn
- 1 Tbsp Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
In a large skillet cook bacon. Drain fat into a bowl. Crumble bacon and set aside.
Step 3
Saute onion in reserved bacon grease until tender. Add flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until bubbly and continue cooking for one more minute.
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Stir until smooth. Add corn, parsley and half the bacon. Mix well.
Step 5
Pour corn mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle remaining bacon over the top. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
