Ingredients
- 1/2 Lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 Onion - finely chopped
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 2 Tsp Ketchup
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- 3 Strips Bacon - cooked, crumbled
- 15 Mushrooms - medium to large in size
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Step 2
In a pan, add ground beef, onion and garlic powder and cooked until beef is cooked through. Drain fat.
Step 3
Pull stems out of mushrooms and discard stems.
Step 4
Stir cream cheese into beef until melted. Add in ketchup, mustard, half the shredded cheese and bacon. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with foil. Place filled mushroom caps onto the baking sheet. Top with remaining cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked.
