Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb Rump Roast or Pot Roast
  • 2-3 Carrots (pared and sliced)
  • 2-3 Potatoes (pared and sliced)
  • 1-2 Onions (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper meat and put in pot. Add liquid and cover. Cook on low 10-12 hours (high 4-5 hrs).
