- 2-3 Carrots (pared and sliced)
- 2-3 Potatoes (pared and sliced)
- 1-2 Onions (peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper meat and put in pot. Add liquid and cover. Cook on low 10-12 hours (high 4-5 hrs).
